    PLEASE SEE DOCUMENTS TAB FOR BID PACKET DETAILS 26-202 INVITATION TO BID FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM – BOX CANYON DAM PEND OREILLE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT Public Utility District No. 1 of Pend Oreille County (the “District”) is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to design and install a fire suppression system at the Box Canyon Dam Powerhouse. Purpose: The purpose of this contract is to design and install a Victaulic Vortex 1500 hybrid fire suppression system, as outlined in the attached Scope of Work (SOW). Scope of Work: Refer to the attached Scope of Work. All work shall be completed within the timeframes specified therein. The Contractor shall be qualified by Victaulic to provide all design, fabrication, installation, programming, calibration, and testing of the total flooding Victaulic Vortex 1500 hybrid fire suppression system, as well as all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the Work. Bid Requirements: At a minimum, the response must include the following: Completed Bid Form Bid Bond (5% of total bid amount) Contractor information and licensing Proposed project schedule Acknowledgment of addenda (if applicable) Bid Submittals: Bids must be submitted electronically via ProcureWare at: popud.procureware.com Questions must be submitted via ProcureWare no later than June 4, 2026 at 2:00p.m local time. Responses will be made available to all bidders via ProcureWare. Submittals must be received by June 10, 2026 at 2:00p.m local time. Submittals received after the specified date and time will not be considered. Public bid opening will commence on June 10, 2026 at 3:00p.m. local time.
