The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation is seeking bids for the administration of First Aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, and Automatic External Defibrillator (FA/CPR/AED) training to Department employees who are required to maintain a two-year certification per New York State Title 9, Executive Law. Pursuant to the State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, this IFB includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between a Governmental Entity and an Offeror during the procurement process. Proposers shall adhere to the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation Guidelines Regarding Permissible Contacts During a Procurement and the Prohibition of Inappropriate Lobbying Influence.
