These services will be used by State Agencies, Boards, Commissions and State Cooperative Members. The State anticipates awarding contract(s) with the intent to secure service coverage statewide. Whether or not it actually enters into any contracts, how many contracts it enters into, and how the work is awarded between those contracts are all at the State’s discretion. Furthermore, the State will use any awarded contracts on an as-needed basis, with no guarantee as to its actual spending under them.
