Bidding and Contract Documents may be examined free of charge at SUNY System Administration – H. Carl McCall Building, Facilities Office. A non-mandatory walk-through is available for interested bidders and will be held at 10:00 AM EST on December 9th, 2025. This information is listed on the summary information form. All work on this contract is to be completed within 15 months after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bids must be submitted per the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Bid security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid. MBE, WBE, and SDVOB goals are set as 11%, 19% and 6% respectively. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids and make no award.
