    Description

    Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the construction of an approximately 3-mile, 8-foot wide asphalt multi-use trail. Work includes, but not limited to; clearing and grubbing, earthwork, underground utility location, subbase placement and compaction, asphalt placement, erosion and sediment controls, trail signage and pavement marking. Offerors shall adhere to the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation Guidelines Regarding Permissible Contacts During a Procurement and the Prohibition of Inappropriate Lobbying Influence.
