Mission/Overview: The Kern County Waste Management Department is requesting the Engineering, Fabrication, Testing, Delivery and Site Testing of a Ultra - Low Emission Enclosed Ground Flare for a California Landfill. DELIVERY: Delivery of the fabricated flare system, shall be to: The Bena Landfill, 2951 Neumarkel Road, Bakersfield, CA 93307. The Vendor shall off load the fabricated ultra-low emission Flare system. The delivery shall also include a start up/ testing, confirmation that it is a properly working Flare. The Delivery does not include Installation. The Delivery shall be coordinated with the County and the Installing Contractor. The Vendor shall go over all of the functions of the equipment with a testing demonstration, to ensure proper use and that the equipment is working properly. The County desires this equipment as quickly as possible.
