    Description

The County intends to establish a contract for the procurement of service repairs and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts for fleet equipment. Service repair requests may be performed at County facility locations or the contractor’s facility. The County requires that all contractors provide OEM-certified trained technicians to perform all requested service repairs. The County requires that all installed or procured parts be of OEM specifications. All parts and services need to be covered by Original Equipment Manufacturer warranty. Contractors must provide a detailed quote for all repair services, and written County approval is required before any work begins. Any additional repairs not included in the original quote must be identified and approved prior to being performed. All invoices must itemize repairs and match the approved quote. While working at County facilities, the contractor is required to maintain a safe and environmentally controlled workspace while at any county facility. The contractor is responsible for all cleanup and disposal of hazardous materials after all service repairs. The procurement of OEM parts is intended to maintain fleet equipment in factory-new operating condition. It is also the intent not to jeopardize any factory warranty with the replacement of non-Original Equipment Manufacturer parts. Any non-OEM part needs to be supported by the original manufacture as an approved replacement part. **Solicitation Type**: IFB - Invitation for Bid (Formal) **Source ID**: PU.AG.USA.1716688.C21251301 **Piggyback Contract**: No **Bid Submission Type**: Electronic Bid Submission **Owner Organization**: Department of General Services (DGS) **Solicitation Number**: 1196681 **Reference Number**: 0000427992 **Pricing**: In attached document **Bid Documents List**: | Item Name | Description | Mandatory | Limited to 1 file | |---|---|---|---| | Bid Submission | Bid Submission, Award Submission, Optional Submission | Yes | No | | Amendments | All Signed Amendments (Mandatory if Amendments are Issued) | No | No | | Wage Requirements Form | PMMD-177 (See Section E- Submissions) | Yes | No |
