    • Quote Request Details (Scope of work):

      . Electrical Work

      1. Welder Outlet Installation

      • Install four (4) electrical outlets for welding and machining equipment under the mezzanine.
      • Run required electrical service from the main breaker panel to the designated outlet locations.
      • Welder equipment on site: Miller Electric Model SKU 907728 — single-phase, 50/60 Hz. Input current at 208V: 65.1A max / 27.4A effective; at 240V: 54.8A max / 24.1A effective. Contractor shall size circuits, wiring, and outlets accordingly and verify panel capacity prior to installation.

       

      2. Ventilation Fan Outlets

      • Install electrical outlets and run power for four (4) beam-mounted ventilation fans located under the mezzanine.
      • Provide one (1) outlet and power connection per fan location as designated by the County.
      • Note: Ventilation fans will be provided by Walton County (Owner-Furnished Equipment).

       

      3. Automotive Lift Electrical Connections

      • Provide and install overhead electrical wiring and connections for one (1) four-post lift and one (1) two-post lift.
      • Four-Post Lift: Ranger Model W-3-1-2650-M — single-phase, 208V/230V, 3 HP. FLA: 9.4/11.7A (208V) or 9.9/11.2A (230V).
      • Two-Post Lift: Ranger Model ST-5-1-2400-M-685 — single-phase, 208V/230V, 5 HP. FLA: 22.8/22.3A (208V) or 20.7/20.5A (230V).
      • Contractor shall size and install dedicated circuits, overhead wiring, and connections per equipment specifications and applicable code.

       

      4. Kitchen Range Electrical

      • Install a dedicated electrical outlet for an electric cooking range in the kitchen area.
      • Run wiring from the appropriate panel to the kitchen location in accordance with applicable code.
      • Note: Cooking range will be provided by Walton County (Owner-Furnished Equipment).

       

      B. Mechanical / Ventilation

      1. Vent Hood Installation

      • Install a vent hood in the kitchen area. Vent hood unit will be provided by Walton County (Owner-Furnished Equipment).
      • Vent hood is an atmospheric/recirculating type. No roof or wall penetration, ductwork, or exhaust routing is required.
      • Contractor scope includes mounting, securing, and electrical connection only.

       

      C. Plumbing Work

      1. Sink Water Supply Installation

      • Run and connect a water supply line to one (1) sink location under the mezzanine.
      • Existing drain connection is already in place. Contractor shall connect to existing drain.
      • Note: Sink fixture will be provided by Walton County (Owner-Furnished Equipment).

       

      3. General Requirements

      • All work shall comply with applicable local, state, and federal codes, including Florida Building Code.
      • Contractor shall coordinate with Walton County Fleet Maintenance staff to minimize operational disruption during construction.
      • Contractor shall verify all field conditions prior to commencement of work. No additional compensation will be allowed for conditions that could have been identified during a site visit.
      • All materials shall be new and commercial-grade unless otherwise noted.
      • Contractor is responsible for obtaining all required permits and scheduling all inspections. Permit costs shall be included in the quote.
      • Work areas shall be kept clean and free of debris. Contractor is responsible for all cleanup and disposal.

       

      4. Coordination & Site Visits

      Contractor is strongly encouraged to perform a site visit prior to submitting a quote. No additional compensation will be allowed for site conditions that could have been identified during a site visit.

      Contractor shall ensure compatibility of all work with existing infrastructure and verify all dimensions and specifications in the field prior to installation.

       

      5. Contractor Qualifications & Licensing

      The Prime Contractor shall hold a valid Florida Certified General Contractor license or applicable Florida Certified Specialty Contractor license(s) covering all trades included in this scope. The Contractor shall ensure that all electrical and plumbing work is performed by or under the direct supervision of appropriately licensed subcontractors holding valid Florida state-certified licenses for their respective trades.

       

      Contractor shall provide the following with their quote:

      • Florida contractor license number(s) for the prime contractor and all applicable subcontractors.
      • Certificate of Insurance meeting Walton County minimum requirements (see Section 6).
      • List of subcontractors, if any, including trade and license number.

       

      6. Insurance Requirements

      The Contractor shall maintain the following minimum insurance coverage throughout the term of the contract and shall provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Walton County as an Additional Insured prior to commencement of work:

      7. Quote Submission Requirements

      Quotes must be submitted electronically through the Walton County OpenGov Procurement Portal on or before the date and time specified on the cover page. Late submissions will not be accepted.

       

      Each quote submission shall include:

      • Completed Price Form (see Section 8) with all line items priced.
      • Florida contractor license number(s) — prime and subcontractors.
      • Certificate of Insurance meeting requirements in Section 6.
      • List of subcontractors (if applicable) including trade and license number.

       

      Questions regarding this ITQ must be submitted through the OpenGov Procurement Portal Q&A module no later than [Q&A Deadline Date].
