    Description

    The Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation is seeking to purchase the below specified floating docks to replace damaged docks at the Captree State Park boat ramp. The existing wooden docks were damaged by ice during this past winter’s frigid temperatures. The requested polyethylene docks are to hold up better in these conditions. The awardee will be responsible for delivery to the dock area. NYS Parks’ staff will connect dock sections, install accessories, and install the docks at the ramp. Minimum Specifications: • Two (2) - 72” wide x 50’-52’ long x 15-18” deep, modular polyethylene floating docks. • Each section to contain a HYDROPHOBIC VENT 1/4” NPT. • Couplers to be a max of 24” apart and flush with surface. • Six Heavy duty piling brackets to accommodate 12” – 18” pilings. • 300’ of vinyl cushioned dock edging, with necessary hardware for installation. • Ten 12” galvanized cleats, with necessary hardware for installation. Optional Items: • Two removable wheels for each section of dock. OPRHP is requesting delivery of products within 60 calendar days after transmission of PO to the awarded contractor.
