Flying Fortress Parkway Phase II - Grand Canyon Rd. to Airway Ave. to Prospector St. (Change of Access)

The City of Kingman is soliciting sealed bids (Invitation for Bids or "IFB") from qualified vendors capable of providing construction of public roadway and drainage improvements for the second phase of Flying Fortress Parkway and Airway Avenue. Criteria for selection will be overall cost (including taxes) and the ability to meet delivery dates listed.

The IFB may be obtained by visiting the City of Kingman’s procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofkingman.

Bids must be submitted through the OpenGov procurement portal.

Bidders wishing to submit questions must do so through the procurement portal by no later than 3:00 pm, Arizona time, on Thursday, January 29, 2026. 

Bids are due by 3:00 pm, Arizona time, on Monday, February 9, 2026. The City may reject any bid not in compliance with all of the prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements contained herein. The City also reserves the right to reject any bid when cancellation is in the best interest of the City.

Mailed, faxed, hand-delivered, and e-mailed bids will not be accepted. Mailed bids will be disposed of, unopened, and will not be returned to the Bidder.
