THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Non-electronic and email responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted through the SWIFT Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Event. PURPOSE. The purpose for this Solicitation (RFP) is to receive responses and award a Contract with a Contractor(s) to provide Disposable Food, Beverage, Serving, and Storage Food Service Ware to be purchased on as needed basis for State Agencies. Disposable Food Ware will be used to serve meals at schools, hospitals and/or State agencies providing food service. Items such as bowls for hot and cold foods, cups for hot or cold drinks, snap on lids for bowls and cups, forks, knives, plates are some of the items being requested. All items to be considered for the award must meet the requirements of the Solicitation. CONTRACT TERM: The term of this contract is anticipated to run from May, 2026 through April, 2028, with the option to extend up to an additional three (3) years in increments determined by the State. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS: The deadline for submitting questions is February 18, 2026, at 3:00PM, Central Time. Questions must be submitted in writing to Molly Gunderson at Molly.Gunderson@state.mn.us. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum.
