All fixed kitchen equipment contained within these rooms shall be available to the vendor for use free of charge for the duration of the contract. Replacement of existing equipment, the addition of new or used equipment, or the cost of remodeling the space provided, shall be the responsibility of the vendor and coordinated with our facilities department.
