    To view and download the solicitation package, please go to: https://solicitation.lacda.org/Solicitations.aspx NOTICE REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR CO-APPLICANT(S) TO APPLY FOR HOMEKEY+ PROJECT ASSISTANCE LACDA 25-093 Notice is hereby given that proposals will be received by the County of Los Angeles (County), acting through its agent, the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA), until 4 p.m. on October 7, 2025, (the Submittal Deadline) to identify a co-applicant, with the LACDA, for the State Department of Housing and Community Development’s Homekey+ program. This will include furnishing all material and performing all work necessary as described in the Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ). Any references to the County shall also refer to LACDA acting as the agent of the County. An RFSQ package containing all submission requirements will be available on September 18, 2025, and may be downloaded https://solicitation.lacda.org/Solicitations.aspx, under “For Vendors – View Open Solicitations”. If you have not already registered to be a Vendor, please go to https://www.lacda.org/vendors/become-a-vendor to establish your account. Each Proposer shall submit one (1) proposal electronically via email to homekeyplus@lesardevelopment.com. Hard printed copies of proposals will not be accepted. Any Proposer who wishes their response to be considered is responsible for making certain that it is received by the stated date and time. No physical, oral, facsimile, or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered unless expressly specified to the contrary in subsequent written communication. Responses received after the scheduled deadline will not be considered. Questions regarding the RFSQ are to be directed to Chul Gugich at chul@lesardevelopment.com. This RFSQ is not a contract or commitment of any kind. The County is not liable for costs incurred in the preparation of the respondent’s proposal.
