    Description

    The Connecticut Airport Authority (CAA) is soliciting proposals from interested persons, sole proprietorships, corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities which would be authorized to do business in the State of Connecticut to provide competitive food, beverage, and retail concessions for the non-exclusive operation of food/beverage and retail concessions for Bradley International Airport (BDL). Contract award shall be for a twelve-year period. MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING/WEBINAR The CAA will conduct a mandatory pre-proposal meeting both virtually and in person followed up by a non-mandatory site tour at 10:00 AM, on February 15, 2024, at the Sheraton Hotel, Bradley International Airport, Windsor Locks, CT. Firms interested in participating must preregister no later than 1:00 PM, February 14, 2024, by emailing procurement@ctairports.o rg with the company name and email address of attendee(s). A link to the webinar will be sent to all attendees on the afternoon of February 14, 2024. Please refer to the Request for Proposals document for more information regarding the mandatory pre-proposal meeting and how to be eligible to attend the site tour. SMALL/DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE OUTREACH MEETING The CAA strongly supports and encourages the use of SBE/DBE firms on all of its procurements. As such, the CAA will conduct a SBE/DBE Outreach meeting at 1:00 PM, on February 6, 2024, at the Sheraton Hotel, Bradley International Airport, Windsor Locks, CT to discuss the RFP document and opportunities that may become available as a result of this solicitation.
