FORMER BOULTER FARM AREA TARGETED EX-SITU REMEDIATION AND CAPPING 2026

The Town of North Attleborough, Massachusetts, herein called the Owner, acting by and through its Town Manager, will receive sealed Bids for the project known as the Former Boulter Farm Area Targeted Ex-Situ Remediation and Capping 2026 Project.

Background

The Work consists of mobilizing to the work area, excavation, and disposal of approximately 175 tons of impacted material, including all associated dewatering, and construction of an ±350 square foot (SF) Toxics Substances Control Act (TSCA) compliant cap and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Specifications and conceptual plans attached hereto.
