    Description

    The Project consists of constructing two (2) sections: (1000) The finished water main between the Russellville Water Treatment Plant -and- the existing water system network; and (2000) Site piping at the Cemetery Tank. Section 1000 Connections will be made at several locations, including at West Main Street. The proposed water main consists of ± 5,660/780/620/20 LF of 16¿/12¿/8¿/6¿ PVC water main; ±625 LF of fusible 16¿ PVC water main installed via horizontal directional drill; ±180 LF of 24¿ jack & bore steel casing with 16¿ DIP carrier pipe; ±140 LF of 18¿ jack & bore steel casing with 12¿ DIP carrier pipe; ±7 fire hydrants and isolation gate valves; ±16 in-line gate valves; ±6 water main connection and/or tapping sleeve and valve connections; paving/sidewalk/other surface repairs; and miscellaneous items. Section 2000 Tank site piping includes two (2) altitude valve vaults; piping / valves / fittings; and miscellaneous items. The work shall include erosion control, traffic control, water main construction, and all incidentals required.
