3.1 Respondent has familiarized itself with the nature and extent of the Contract Documents, locality, and all local conditions and Laws and Regulations that in any manner may affect cost, progress or performance of the product and/or service provided.
3.2 Respondent has carefully studied all reports, drawings and physical conditions which are identified in the Solicitation and accepts the determination in the Special Conditions to the extent of the technical data contained in such reports and drawings upon which Respondent is entitled to rely.
3.3 Respondent has obtained and carefully studied (or assumes responsibility for obtaining and carefully studying) all such examinations, research, tests and studies (in addition to or to supplement those referred to in (3.2) above) or otherwise may affect the cost, progress or performance of the products and/or services at the Contract Price, within the Contract Time and in accordance with the other terms and conditions of the Contract Documents, and no additional examinations, research, tests, reports or similar information or data are, or will be, required by Respondent for such purposes.
3.4 Respondent has correlated the results of all such observations, examinations, research, tests, reports and studies with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents.
3.5 Respondent has given the City written notice of all conflicts, errors or discrepancies that it has discovered in the Contract Documents, and the written resolution thereof by the City is acceptable to Respondent.
3.6 This Solicitation is genuine and not made in the interest of, or on behalf of, any undisclosed person, Respondent or corporation, and is not submitted in conformity with any Contract or rules of any group, association, organization or corporation; Respondent has not directly or indirectly induced or solicited any other Respondent to submit a false or sham Solicitation; Respondent has not solicited or induced any person, Respondent or corporation to refrain from Solicitation; and Respondent has not sought by collusion to obtain for itself any advantage over any other Respondent or over City.

To demonstrate qualifications to perform the Work, each Consultant must be prepared to submit within five (5) days of City’s request written evidence, such as financial data, previous experience, present commitments, and other such data as may be called for. Each Solicitation must contain evidence of the Consultant’s qualifications to do business in the State of Florida, or covenant to obtain such qualification, prior to award of the contract.
The awardee will be required to maintain the Minimum Qualifications Requirements, as presented during selection, if selected and awarded the contract, during the term of the Contract and any contract renewals.
