Bid Submission: Online bids for improvements to the Fort Sumner Municipal Airport will be received by the Village of Fort Sumner through QuestCDN at www.hwlochner.com beginning on July 17th, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (MDT) and extend through bid closing on August 6th, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (MDT). Bid results will be available through QuestCDN at www.hwlochner.com within one hour after the bidding closes. An online reading of the bids is available for all prospective bidders thirty (30) minutes after the bids are due. The reading will be held via Microsoft Teams.
