Fourth Ward Redevelopment Authority seeks to pre-qualify and select A&E professional service providers in the following disciplines/categories:

a. Architectural Design;
b. Construction Management and Inspection;
c. Engineering, Civil;
d. Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing;
e. Engineering, Structural;
f. Engineering, Subsurface Utilities;
g. Engineering, Traffic;
h. Environmental Services;
i. Geotechnical/Material Testing;
j. Graphic Information System (GIS);
k. Land Surveying and Mapping;
I. Landscape Architect;
m. Parking Consulting;
n. Project Management;
o. Urban Planning;
p. Other related A&E services as needed.

Fourth Ward Redevelopment Authority will select and award contracts to A&E firms from the Pre-Qualified Group for a specific engagement/project as the need arises and on a case-by-case basis. Firms submitting a SOQ under this RFQ may do so for any one category or any combination of categories of services. Firms may submit qualifications for as many categories as desired.
