    ONLINE ELECTRONIC BIDS for the project(s) listed below will be received by the State Highway Administration (SHA) at https://www.bidx.com/maryland/main until 12 Noon Eastern time on the date specified below for the Bid Opening, at which time they will be opened. Amendment 2 - Cleaning, Painting, and Minor Rehabilitation of Existing Bridge No. 1001700 carrying US 15 over Potomac River, CSX Transportation and C&O Canal in Frederick County. The Contractor performing any cleaning or painting work shall have SSPC’s Painting Contractor Certification Conforming to SSPC-QP1 and QP2. Bridge rehabilitation work includes structural steel replacement and retrofits, bearing repairs, steel and fiberglass railing repairs, scupper repairs, drainage trough repairs, and rehabilitation of concrete.
