    The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 28, 2026, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the Francs Fork Off Channel Stock Watering Pipeline, located in Park County, with the pipeline beginning at coordinates 44.092708 N, -109.198117 E, and ending at 44.094827 N, -109.174583 E. The pipeline begins close to the Francs Fork Creek. Project Description: This project will consist of installation of a stock watering pipeline, extending from an existing watering tank, and ending where a new tank will be installed at a later date. The pipeline will include fittings, valves, a flushing valve, and miscellaneous work associated with installation. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. MT on Thursday, May 7, 2026 starting at the Francs Fork access road, coordinates 44.08796 N, -109.19837 E, near the Francs Fork Creek, Park County, WY. Bid documents available by logging on to Public Purchase at: https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/wyoconstruction,wy/buyer/public/home Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder's responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 15, 2026. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. on May 21, 2026. Questions received after 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 15, 2026, will not be addressed. It is the bidder's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. Each bidder is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, if bid amount is greater than $150,000.00, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. May 28, 2026.
