The Frederick County, Maryland Local Management Board (LMB) is seeking proposals from qualified community-based organizations to implement evidence-based or research-informed strategies that help advance the Governor’s Office for Children’s ENOUGH (Engaging Neighborhoods, Organizations, Unions, Governments, and Households) Initiative framework and address community needs related to child and youth well-being, family economic mobility, and community stability. Funded initiatives must demonstrate measurable outcomes, systems coordination, and alignment with Frederick County’s Community Needs Assessment and Priority Investment Areas.
