Free After-School Recreation Programs at Linda Rhoades Neighborhood Center

The City of Vista seeks creative and qualified non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations to develop free after-school recreation programs at Linda Rhoades Neighborhood Center. The City will enter into a grant Agreement for a maximum length of five (5) years. Services provided under the Agreement shall not exceed $100,000 per each fiscal year (July 1 through June 30). The City may award funds to more than one non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.

Contractors may submit proposals as a single organization with in-house capabilities or as a primary organization with sub-contractors to provide the requested services. For specialized work for which the prime contractor will require a sub-contractor, the prime contractor will serve as an administrative liaison between the City and the sub-contractor. The prime contractor mark-up for sub-contractors shall not exceed five percent (5%). The City reserves the right to request proposals from other contractors throughout the Agreement term for special projects requiring unique qualifications.
