(THE UNIFORM PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COST ACCOUNTING ACT) Notice is hereby given that the Fresno Unified School DISTRICT (“DISTRICT”) will receive sealed bids for Bid No. 26-47, Fresno Unified Service Center Fuel Station Replacement and Improvements , to remove and replace existing fuel pumps with new owner provided and contractor installed equipment including fuel dispensers, propane tank pump and DEF tank. Prime Contractor must have a valid Class “B” Contractor’s License. The time allowed for completion for the project shall be 45 Calendar days. The Architect/Engineers’ estimate for this project is around $385,275 (estimated as of April 2026). A MANDATORY pre-bid conference has been scheduled at 10:00 AM, April 29, 2026 in front of the Purchasing Office at the Service Center, 4498 N. Brawley, Fresno CA 93722. Contractors bidding as a Prime Contractor for the project must attend in order for their bid to be “responsive”. Immediately following the pre-bid conference will be a mandatory job-walk of the site(s). Sealed Bids must be received prior to 3:00 P.M. on May 14, 2026 on Procureware, the DISTRICT’s online bidding portal, after which time the bids will be opened and bid results posted. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or a bidder’s bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of total bids made payable to Fresno Unified. Bid documents may be downloaded at no charge from the district’s bidding portal, Procureware, at: https://fresnousdpurchasing.procureware.com/home. All bids must be submitted through the portal.
