    The City of Sierra Vista will accept competitive bids from qualified contractors for FTA Pedestrian Walkway Connection Phase II Construction The project proposes the installation of public improvements in the form of sidewalks, curb and gutter, shared use paths, driveways, and/or lighting at various locations around existing bus stops within the City.

    The City of Sierra Vista has been awarded a grant through the Federal Transportation Administration (FTA) and Award shall be to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.  This purchase is partially funded by the Federal Transit Authority as part of the 5307 Urbanized Area Formula Funding Program (49 U.S.C. 5307). This purchase will be subject to all applicable federal requirements of the grant under 2 CFR 200 and FTA Circular 4220.1G. Davis Bacon wages will apply.
