    Description

    Seeking qualified and experienced rental car facility management company interested in providing operating, management, and maintenance services for the MEM Consolidated Rental Car Facilities (CONRAC) and Quick Turns Area Facility (QTA). Company shall have a minimum of 7 years' experience in managing a CONRAC facility, specifically with multiple car wash and fueling equipment systems. Company shall be responsible for all routine and preventative maintenance, repairs and replacements in, of and to the CONRAC and QTA of any kind or nature whatsoever arising during the Term Company shall coordinate and schedule all fuel, motor vehicle lubricant/fluid and car wash fluid deliveries to ensure sufficient supply at all times. Company shall maintain the CONRAC and QTA in full compliance with all laws, regulations, ordinances, and contract specifications.
