All questions regarding this soliciation must be submitted in an email and sent to Procurement@gaithersburgmd.gov. The intent of this Request for Proposals is to select a qualified construction firm for the removal and replacement of the three (3) underground fuel tanks, fuel pumps and dispensers, electrical wiring, plumbing, the installation of a new air hose/vacuum system and the installation of a new diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank and a new temperature controlled underground DEF tank located at 800 Rabbitt Road, Gaithersburg, Maryland 20878. The estimated duration of the construction phase of the project, to include final acceptance and administrative “close out” shall be approximately 210 calendar days.
