The County of Los Angeles Department of Parks and Recreation is pleased to extend an invitation for a Non-Mandatory Vendors Conference and to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ), for as Needed Fuel Tank Testing, Inspecting, and Maintenance Services. The intent of the Request for Statements of Qualifications (RFSQ) is to develop Master Agreements with qualified to provide fuel tank testing, inspecting, and maintenance services, and to provide a uniform approach to requesting these services as needed and required by various Department facilities related to their facilities and programs. The minimum qualifications for a consultant include a minimum of five (5) years of experience within the last ten (10) years providing testing, inspecting, certifying, repairing and maintenance of Underground Storage Tanks (UST) and Above Ground Storage Tanks (AST), as well as, upgrading and responding to government requests. Additional minimum qualifications are found in the attached RFSQ, Section 1.4, Vendor’s Minimum Qualifications. The Non-Mandatory Vendors Conference will be held at The Arboretum of Los Angeles County, Bamboo Room, 301 North Baldwin Avenue, Arcadia CA 91007, on Thursday, September 14, 2017, at 10:30 a.m. Attendance by the Vendor or an authorized representative is not mandatory, but strongly recommended. Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) are due by 12 noon on Thursday, September 28, 2017, at 301 North Baldwin Avenue (North Gate) Arcadia, CA 91007. SOQ’s received after this due date will be evaluated on an as-needed basis thru the end of the term of the Master Agreement.
