    This Statewide Contract is for the on-going replenishment of state's network of gasoline, heating oil, diesel (including biodiesel), and other fuels. Deliveries may be either bulk fuel orders or keep full/will-call with Contractors from each designated region. Available Fuels: Gasoline: Unleaded Regular, Mid-Grade, Premium; E15 (E11-E15% Ethanol), and Flex-Fuel (51-85% Ethanol) Diesel: Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel #2 Clear and Dyed, Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel #1 Clear and Dyed Biodiesel: Clear and Dyed Renewable Gasoline: Isobutanol and Bio-isooctane Renewable Diesel: Clear and Dyed Award Categories: 1. Will Call: Will call is for as-needed fuel delivery to a fuel site that is scheduled as part of the order. Purchasers make will call orders directly to the Contractor. 2. Keep Full: Keep full is an arrangement between the Purchaser and the Contractor to keep designated fuel tanks above a certain level. With Keep Full, the Contractor may be notified to deliver fuel via Purchaser report, electronic tank monitoring, by Contractor managing the fuel levels, or other agreed upon method. 3. Renewable Diesel: Renewable Diesel award is for fuel blends including at minimum 5% renewable diesel. The renewable diesel award includes both will call and keep full delivery mechanism. 4. Renewable Gasoline: Renewable Gasoline award is for isobutanol or bio-isooctane fuels and fuel blends. The renewable gasoline award includes both will call and keep full delivery mechanism.
