Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than Monday, March 9, 2026 at 3:00pm ET. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, March 17, 2026 by 3:00pm ET per the instruction in the IFB. Questions and answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, by Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Bids are due no later than 3:00pm ET on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. Please check the Contract Report website frequently for updates. Any documentation regarding this procurement will be posted.
