IDEA Public Schools reserves the right to revise, clarify, or amend the specifications of this RFP at any time prior to the proposal submission deadline. Respondents are encouraged to review the solicitation carefully and submit written requests for clarification regarding any ambiguity, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or error identified within the RFP. Any revisions or amendments will be issued in the form of a written addendum and distributed to all parties known to have received the RFP. It is the responsibility of each Respondent, prior to submitting a Proposal, to verify whether any addenda have been issued and to acknowledge receipt of all addenda as part of the Proposal submission.
