The Fort Worth Independent School District is accepting RFP's (Request for Proposals) for Discounts on Catalog pricing, published list pricing, or fair market value for Fundraising Activities that will be purchased on an "as needed basis. Proposers should indicate a primary discount (even if the discount is "0%" or shelf price), but may offer multiple discounts by category and/or total purchase. These items will normally be purchased in small quantities on an "As Needed" basis by 125+ campuses throughout the city of Fort Worth and Tarrant County. Questions regarding the meaning or interpretation of this proposal shall be requested within the eBidding portal no later than 2:00 pm on February 19, 2026.
