The Bidders are required to use the self-calculating Bid Quotation Sheet spreadsheet included in this IFB package, which is in Excel format. To be eligible for an award, bidders must provide a unit price for each bid item in the spreadsheet which integrates all Terms and Conditions included or referenced herein, as well as provide an amount to be credited to the County for the return of pallets. The attached Bid Quotation Sheet provides a listing of bid items that may be required during one year of the contract. The completed Bid Quotation Sheet spreadsheet as well as all supporting pages must be converted to PDF format and uploaded to BidnetDirect.com with the Bid Package by the due date on the Invitation for Bids cover sheet.
