It is the responsibility of prospective offerors, offerors, and Contractors to comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, executive orders, and the federal awarding agency’s policies, procedures, and directives including but not limited to all the requirements listed in the CONTRACT PROVISIONS FOR NON–FEDERAL ENTITY CONTRACTS UNDER FEDERAL AWARDS 2 C.F.R.
