    Description

Blount County is seeking a qualified vendor to provide furniture designated in the Bill of Materials included in this RFQ in compliance with all state local and federal rules and regulations governing projects funded with ARPA funds. This project has a very tight timeline and per regulations all materials must be purchased, delivered, installed, invoiced and paid by August 15, 2026. Knowing the limited timeline, the County is seeking a vendor to work in partnership with us to ensure our deliverables are met and the Health Department has furnishings that will provide an aesthetically pleasing, durable and performance-oriented solution. The manufacturers in the Bill of Materials are provided as a guideline to potential respondents regarding the quality of furniture required by the Health Department. A pre-quotation meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM to answer any potential respondent's questions. See the Activities tab for details.
