Contractor must provide the City with proof of the license when submitting their proposal.• Must meet the insurance and licensing requirements outlined in the City of Burlingame Contractor Requirements.• Contractor must be able to meet the requirements in the attached sample agreement and scope of work if awarded the contract.• Prevailing wage rates must be paid for all work associated with this project. Workers employed in the work must be paid at rates at least equal to the then current prevailing wage scale as determined by the State Director of the Department of Industrial Relations. Contractors and subcontractors are required to be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations prior to submitting a proposal. All contractors and subcontractors will be required to furnish electronic certified payroll records directly to the Department of Industrial Relations.• The City of Burlingame recognizes that prevailing wage increases may occur during the term of the contract, and consequently will allow labor rate increases of up to 5 percent per year to ensure that the labor rates reflect the current prevailing wage.
