The Town of Milton is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the FY2027 Milton Paving and Resurfacing Project. The project will consist of roadway rehabilitation using a combination of mill and fill and shim and overlay methods, along with all associated work necessary to achieve a uniform and durable finished roadway surface. Work may include, but is not limited to, cold planing (milling) existing pavement surfaces, placement of shim courses to correct roadway profile and cross slope, and installation of new asphalt overlay courses. All work shall include necessary driveway transitions and traffic control. The project is anticipated to include a combination of grant-funded and locally funded roadway segments. The final scope of work will be dependent upon award of external grants. Work may begin in July 2026 and shall be completed no later than October 15, 2026, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Town. If grant funding is awarded, the Contract will include work on the following roadway segments: Sanderson Road; and Main Street / Westford Road If grant funding is not awarded, the Contract will include work on the following roadway segments: Sanderson Road, Birch Lane, Doris Drive, Russell Circle, Griswold, and Kingswood.
