The IFB and related documents will be available for download on or after 10:00 a.m. on May 29, 2026, from the Town of Yarmouth’s “Doing Business” webpage at: https://www.yarmouth.ma.us/bids.aspx Sealed bids must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on June 15, 2026, at the following address: Town of Yarmouth – Procurement Office 1146 Route 28 South Yarmouth, MA 02664 Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately following the submission deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided in the IFB package. Submissions on alternate forms will be rejected as non-responsive. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, and award the contract deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
