    Description

    The Berkshire Regional Group Purchasing Program (BRGPP), acting on behalf of its participating members, invites bids for joint cooperative purchases for April 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028 for the following highway supplies and service categories:

    • FY26-27-28-20 Street Sweeping

    Bid packages are available starting Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at BRGPP's OpenGov online procurement portal found at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/berkshire-planning.

    Bids must be submitted through the online procurement portal no later than Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 1:00 pm. Bids will then be opened publicly and read aloud.

    All bids for services are subject to the prevailing wage rates as per Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27F inclusive and Chapter 30, Section 39M, and a 5% bid deposit is required, in the form of a bid bond or certified check, unless specified in the bid package.

    All bidders must be pre-qualified by MassDOT for the following approved classes of work and their respective estimated values:

    • FY26-27-28-20 Street Sweeping: $61,440.00

    As the awarding authority, BRGPP and its participants reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in total or in part, and to take whatever action is deemed most favorable to the best interest of all the participants. Minority and woman-owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids.
