    Description

    Treatment is to be completed between August 1, 2026 and October 15, 2026. Chemical to be foliar-applied via ground application using the following mix: Per 100 gallons of water: 2.5 gallons of Garlon XRT (or equivalent), 1 gallon of Chopper Gen II (or equivalent), 16 ounces of Milestone (or equivalent), plus 64 ounces of surfactant. All vegetation is to be covered or treated as per normal practice with this type work. If not reached by foliar spray, any standing stems shall be treated via cut surface or injection with a solution of 50% Garlon (or equivalent) and 50% water applied at the rate of 1 milliliter per injection site per inch of DBH. Treatment is to be completed between August 1, 2026 and October 15, 2026. Vendor will supply all materials and labor. Supplier must have the following Commercial Custom Licenses to include : Forest Per Control (FOR); Right of Way Pest Control and Ground applicator. Supplier must provide a copy of the current custom license from teh State of Alabama Department of Agriculture & Industries of all required categories.
