The project location is along Pleasant Hill Road approximately 220 feet south of its intersection with Old Moore Road near latitude 32.576122, longitude -81.965354. The project shall commence immediately after the County¿s issuance of the notice to proceed. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the work and certification of same no later than Ninety (90) calendar days after the date of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed is issued and shall achieve Final Acceptance of the work and certification of same no later than One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days after the date of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed is issued. It will be the bidder¿s sole responsibility to periodically check all websites for addenda associated with bidding for this project. Failure to include a signed copy of any addenda issued for this project in the submitted bid package will result in the submitted bid not being considered for this project.
