    Watermain replacements in the following locations: Jim Bridger Ave from Bellaire Dr. to Desmet Dr. Yellowstone Highway from North Wilson Street to North Lowell Street. South Poplar Street from West 29th Street to West 25th Street. West 25th street from South Poplar Street to Fire Station at Mike Seder Park. West 29th Street from South Poplar Street to South Coffman Ave. The project includes installation of approximately 3600-ft of 8” PVC watermain, 2000-ft of 12” PVC watermain, 200-ft of 16” watermain, sanitary sewer point repairs, and roadway repairs. Bid Submission: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Wyoming Statute Section 15-1-113, that the City of Casper, Wyoming, will receive bids until 10:00 am on June 30, 2026, for the following: Watermain replacements in the following locations: Jim Bridger Ave from Bellaire Dr. to Desmet Dr. Yellowstone Highway from North Wilson Street to North Lowell Street. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for opening thereof. The City of Casper, Wyoming, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding; provided, however, that any bid received after the time specified or without accompanying Bid Guaranty, as stated below, will not be considered.
