All contractors seeking to provide construction delivery services to Bulloch County for this project shall submit evidence of current active approval as a GDOT Prequalified Contractor in Work Class 500 Concrete Structures as of the bid submission deadline July 17, 2026, 11:00 AM EDT, and as it appears in GDOT¿s Directory of Prequalified Contractors webpage. Bidders are responsible for the actual delivery of sealed bids during normal business hours to the Bulloch County Procurement Office.
