All contractors seeking to provide construction delivery services to Bulloch County for this project shall submit evidence of current active approval as a GDOT Prequalified Contractor in Work Class 500 Concrete Structures as it appears in GDOT¿s Directory of Prequalified Contractors webpage as of the bid submission deadline July 17, 2026, 2:00 PM EDT. Bidders are responsible for the actual delivery of sealed bids during normal business hours to the Bulloch County Procurement Office.
