    The City of Alcoa will be accepting sealed bids for an annual blanket to supply Traffic Control Signs until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at the office of the Alcoa Purchasing Manager, 223 Associates, Blvd., Alcoa, Tennessee, 37701. 

    Scope and Specifications

     

    The Bidder agrees to furnish Traffic Control Signs (materials) to the City of Alcoa & The City of Maryville for the contract period beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027. Materials shall be supplied on an as-needed basis. Quantities may vary depending on the operational requirements of the City’s during the contract term.

     

    All pricing submitted shall include the full cost of delivery, including but not limited to labor, transportation, equipment, and any incidental charges necessary to deliver materials to the City of Alcoa Warehouse located at 725 Universal St., Alcoa, TN 37701
