    Description

    The City of Alcoa will be accepting sealed bids for an annual blanket purchase authorization of Automotive and Truck Tires, until 2:00pm, on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at the office of the Alcoa Purchasing Manager, 223 Associates, Blvd., Alcoa, Tennessee, 37701. 

    The City of Alcoa Support Services Department is requesting written agreement to supply Automotive & Truck Tire Inventory Stock for the period beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2030. 

     

    Scope of Work

     

    1)      Quoted prices shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation required for the delivery of General Warehouse Inventory Materials to 725 Universal Street, Alcoa, TN 37701.

    2)      All items must meet the specified bid requirements. Substitutions or equivalents will not be accepted.

    3)      Must furnish at Bid State of Tennessee contracted pricing

    4)      Pricing is to exclude Tire Pre-Disposal Tax
