The unique crimped wave panel design combined with high performance 3M Diamond Grade Reflective Sheeting provides visibility at high entrance levels. 3M’s LDS is a low-cost alternative to enhance driver safety in circumstances where there is a need to call attention to changing conditions, such as an abrupt roadway curvature or narrowing, or to provide guidance through a work zone. This device has been installed at several locations throughout the state. It has been standard practice to use this device due to the safety enhancement and ease of installation. Linear delineation system panels can be used in a variety of applications including bridge abutments, concrete or metal pillars and posts and utility boxes. The linear delineation system was designed, developed, and manufactured by 3M, and, as such, is proprietary, exclusive, and unique in its functionality and purpose. No other business entity has the legal right to sell, deliver or solicit for sale this proprietary 3M product within the State of Alabama. Valid Period: Date of Award to 09/30/2026
