Bid Submission: Online bids for improvements to the Gardner Municipal Airport (K34) will be received by the City of Gardner, KS through QuestCDN at www.hwlochner.com until bid closing on Wednesday, July 8th 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Bid results will be available through QuestCDN at www.hwlochner.com within one hour after the bidding closes. A virtual reading of the bids is available for all prospective bidders thirty (30) minutes after the bids are due. The reading will be held via Microsoft Teams. You are not required to have Microsoft Teams to attend the virtual reading of the bids as you are able to access the meeting via the online Microsoft Teams program.
