    Description

The GC/CM Project includes preconstruction and construction services for the Harborview Ninth and Jefferson 3T MRI Project. The Project is intended to provide a make-ready space for the installation of an MRI unit and programming upgrades for the existing Harborview Medical Center outpatient imaging program that is located on the 3rd floor of the Ninth and Jefferson Building. The space was originally designed with the intent of adding a future MRI unit. The MRI system and its associated chiller will be provided and installed under a separate agreement with Harborview Medical Center. Portions of the mechanical and electrical infrastructure supporting the MRI cooling system have already been installed under a previous project. Coordination with other general contractors and owner vendors may be required during the construction phase.
