Complete in place includes but is not limited to: Transport of the generator and automatic transfer switch from the City of Enid Service Center located at 1400 W Chestnut to the project site. Construction of a concrete pad for the generator. All material, equipment and labor required to put the generator and automatic transfer switch in operation. Onsite startup service per the Kohler Pre-Startup Checklist. Any parts/labor accociated with the startup is part of the complete in place installation. Any removal, replacement or additional fencing the Contractor deems necessary in order to construct the concrete pad and install the generator. Preparation of the Elevated Pressure and/or Increased Load Form required by Oklahoma Natural Gas (ONG). Contractor is responsible for obtaining all required permits and inspections as required by the City of Enid Code Department. Contractors must be licensed by the State of Oklahoma and the City of Enid and have all required bonds/insurances in place. The City has coordinated with ONG and gas will be brought to the site once Contractor has installed the private line/riser and identified location for meter.
